How we handle the information you share

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to type into one of our forms:

• Contact & booking inquiries: name, email, and message; optionally your organization, phone, and—for talk or workshop requests—proposed date, location, audience, topic or goals, and session length.
• Exhibitor interest: name, organization or business, email, and the products, services, or resources you would like to share; optionally website, phone, and a message.
• Volunteer interest: name, email, and skills or areas of interest; optionally phone, general availability, and a message.
• Partnership conversations: contact name, email, and message; optionally organization, phone, website, and type of contribution.

The forms do not ask for home addresses, photographs, gender, emergency contacts, or payment details, and they do not accept file uploads.

Why we collect it

We use what you send to read and reply to your inquiry or expression of interest—for example, to discuss a talk, workshop, partnership, exhibitor opportunity, or volunteer role.

Where your submission goes

When you submit a form, our website’s server sends the details as an email to the I Am A Success Story inbox using the mail service provided by our web host. Your email address is set as the “reply-to” address so we can respond to you directly.

The website does not keep its own copy of submissions; the email we receive is the record.

Submitting a form does not add you to a mailing list or newsletter.

Cookies, analytics, and embeds

• One functional cookie (named iass_form) is set when you view a page with a form. It holds a security token that helps protect our forms from forged and automated submissions. It expires when you close your browser.
• No analytics or advertising trackers are installed on this website.
• No embedded social media feeds. Our Instagram and Facebook links are ordinary links; those services apply their own privacy policies only if you choose to visit them.
• Fonts and images are served from our own website, not from third-party font or image services.
• Like most websites, our web host’s servers may automatically record standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) in server logs.
